For a hundred years a scale showed a number - and the rest was pen, paper and a shelf full of single-purpose tools. We turn that around: the scale becomes the smart centre of your work, and the app does everything around the number. That is not one more feature list. It is a new approach, and it is why we want to revolutionize the whole scale market.

One scale, more than 25 jobs

We counted: more than 25 different jobs, on one device, in one app. Switch the job, not the hardware. A small selection:

Usually: a counting scale, a label scale, statistics software, an inventory subscription and a density kit - each costing hundreds of euros or a monthly fee, and none of them talking to each other.

Keep the scale you trust - add everything it never had

Most professional bench, counter and trade scales have an RS-232 port. Our firmware on a small board plugs in there. Your verified, legal-for-trade scale stays exactly what it is - and gains the whole app. (The adapter can also talk to a scale, e.g. to tare it or read its settings - for a verified scale you simply switch on LISTEN ONLY.)

• LISTEN ONLY (a switch you turn on): the adapter then never sends a single byte to your scale
• EXACT WEIGHT: the app shows exactly the weight of your scale, with the scale's own stable mark - no averaging, no filter, no rounding of ours
• Presets for Mettler Toledo, Kern, Ohaus, A&D, Adam and Sartorius, plus automatic baud and format detection

Usually: adapters of the scale makers for €150-440 that only forward numbers and come with no app, or PC software that needs a Windows PC next to the scale.

A test suite for your scale - for owners and for inspectors

Is my scale still good? Check it yourself, guided step by step, and judge the results against the OIML R 76-1 limits of the fitting accuracy class. We found no other adapter or app that offers this.

• Repeatability, corner load (eccentricity), accuracy and linearity, tare, zero-setting
• Discrimination, creep and zero return, warm-up, stable equilibrium
• A checklist of what is done and what is still open per procedure (verification, inspection in use, calibration)
• Printable reports with the inspector's data and signature, and a final report on certificate-style pages
• Test before you call the verification office or the service technician (a failed visit costs the call-out and a second appointment) - and check a used scale before you buy it

It is a self-check and a test record the signing person is responsible for - not an official verification or certificate.

Many scales, many phones, one program

One app connects as many scales as the work needs - wirelessly. Several phones watch and run the same scales at the same time, and everyone sees the same state.

• Recipes across scales: flour on the floor scale, salt on the fine scale - the app guides each ingredient to the right scale, adds costs, writes the lot and prints the label
• Counting and check-weighing as stations: each scale works as a station of the same program; a fine scale can give the piece weight to a big one
• The whole team on the same numbers - no cables, no terminals, no fixed installation

Usually: multi-scale formulation systems that cost thousands per station, built with cables and terminals.

Weigh and sell in one step

The weight, the price, the label and the sales log come from the same weighing. Every sale is saved on the scale with time, product and revenue - by day and product, with a CSV file for your accountant.

Machine control that learns

Filling machines, pumps and valves can be driven by the scale over ESP-NOW radio. The predictive cut-off learns the delay of your machine by itself and stops the fill at the right moment - for exact weights without overfilling.

Precision you can see

On our own load-cell scales and for many functions on the adapters, the app measures and fixes what ruins a reading - and tells you plainly.

• Environment test: measures how calm your table really is and recommends the fastest filter setting that keeps the display steady - an automatic mode can adapt it over time
• Creep compensation, an overload warning and a center-of-zero mark, like on trade scales (on our own scales)
• Tare guard: a tare on a moving weight is refused instead of taring a wrong zero
• Long-term recording for minutes to months

Your data stays yours - and the app updates itself

Products, recipes, stock and the sales log are saved on the scale itself. Every phone that connects sees the same data. No account, no cloud, no tracking, no advertisements, no lock-in.

• The app runs in the browser with no app store, and also as a single offline file
• Firmware updates install from the browser too - new features reach every device already in use
• Backups of everything, whenever you want them

We give away more than others sell: the free version does real work, every PRO mode has a free trial, and PRO is a single payment bound to your board.

Everything of PRO, once for 121.30 EUR (PRO owners: 74.80 EUR) - also once, forever and offline. It adds what quality departments and auditors ask for:

• Equipment register with due dates and a test history shared between devices
• Users (up to 50) with login and an ADMIN - and an activity log that shows who weighed, changed or deleted what

• Numbered reports with integrity codes, so you can prove a report was not changed afterwards
