1The tests at the scale

Guided step by step, each value taken by itself when stable: repeatability, eccentricity (corner load), accuracy and linearity (weighing up and down), tare, zero-setting and the zero indicator, discrimination, creep and zero return (30 min, or the 4 h alternative), warm-up (0, 5, 15, 30 min) and stable equilibrium. The results are judged against the maximum permissible errors of the accuracy classes that fit e and n of the scale - for every range of a multi-interval scale. All tests and on-screen results are free.

2A checklist per procedure

What is done, what is still open - for a verification, an inspection in use or a calibration. The overview names the clause of the standard for each test and takes you to it with one click.

3The strict procedure

Switch it on and the test follows OIML R 76-1 Annex A to the letter: the loads of the standard (Min, the mpe change points, Max), preload, the legal display with the ΔL input at every row, repeatability with the number of weighings of the class, the warm-up time and the tolerance of your test weights - with a checklist in the report.

4A final report with your name and signature ENTERPRISE

Your data (name, company, ID, place, remarks) and your signature drawn on the screen go into the final report: a summary per procedure, the tables, date, signature and stamp fields, on certificate-style pages - as print, PDF or HTML, plus CSV.

5Numbered and sealed by the scale ENTERPRISE

The report gets a running number from the scale and the seal of the scale (ECDSA). Your customer - and any auditor - can check on up-scales.com/check that it was not changed after you signed it, and which scale made it.

6Profiles, register and history

One adapter for many scales of your customers: save each scale as a scale profile (PRO 3, ENTERPRISE 20) with its data, and its test records stay with it. The equipment register keeps the interval and the due date, the test history stays on the scale with a trend.

The maths is checkable: the reference cases of the validation are public.

The report is a test record the signing person is responsible for - never an official verification or certificate, no forms or logos of an authority. Whether a record is accepted is the decision of the authority.
